The GlideMaster
1210 converts easily from rower to upper body trainer by adding the
connecting bar between the oars. Target your biceps, triceps, pecs, and
deltoids.

The GlideMaster 1210 takes your ab
training to the next level for the six pack or just to tone and
tighten. By simply attaching handles to the bottom of the rower seat,
the GlideMaster mimics the movement of an abdominal wheel. While on
your knees, push away as far as possible, and then pull back to the
starting position using your abs to control the movement. This exercise
is used by personal trainers and is considered to be one of the best
ways to strengthen the abs.
